Dr. Cheryl Petschke has been in the health and wellness arena for more than 20 years gaining knowledge and experience in chiropractic, supplementation, diet (eating for life) and weight management through several areas of formal and informal education. She is a 2008 graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport IA, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science and Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Petschke has a strong belief that true health and wellness comes from within. She believes that Chiropractic is a tool that everyone can utilize to help remove physical stressors caused by our fast paced, instant gratification lifestyle.
“Our society is getting sicker, with more chronic illnesses developing every year,” states Dr. Petschke. “I firmly believe that we need to make proactive choices, take personal responsibility, and take charge of our health. What we put in and on our bodies is doing us harm, maybe irreparably. I believe that we need to make better food choices, reduce toxic exposure, and be more active for ourselves and our families. Chiropractic care fits into a proactive lifestyle helping to ensure each individual the ability to achieve optimal health!”
Dr. Petschke has lived in Northern Illinois most of her life and currently resides with her 15 year old daughter, Callie, in Oak Park, IL for the past 7 years. She is also the mother of 4 adult children, and a new grandmother to baby Nathan. In her leisure time she enjoys travel, outdoor activities, live music, live sports (go Cubs, go Blackhawks), and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Petschke is very excited to share health and wellness in the Bartlett community, by serving you at Bartlett Pain and Wellness.
